What is your standard cable length?

What is your standard cable diameter (thickness) size?

The cable diameter (thickness) is as below:

  • 3 x 1.5mm2 standard
  • 3 x 2.5mm2 upon request
How long is the warranty period for the A. & H. Meyer products?

A. & H. Meyer Sdn Bhd will provide you with a three years warranty against technical defects in material and workmanship from the date of collection/delivery of the products under the condition that seals are not broken or tampered with and the damage was not caused by you/the customer, your contractors, agents, servants or the end user.

This warranty is also subject to our standard terms and conditions

Can the products be reconfigured?

Please refrain from doing any repairs on your own to ensure your warranty remains valid.

Deliveries

What are the delivery terms?
Standard term

Our standard delivery term is Ex Works including packaging. 

For deliveries within Kuala Lumpur and Klang Valley a delivery charge of MYR 50.00 per delivery applies; this charge is waived if the combined order value exceeds MYR 1,000.00

Other terms

Other modes of transportation below are available upon request.

  • CIF (Cost, insurance and freight)
  • FOB (Free on board)
  • DDU (Delivery duty unpaid)
What are the freight charges?

Our standard freight charges are determined by the dimensions and weight of the package. To ensure fair and transparent pricing, we calculate shipping costs based on the size and weight of the packaging of your order.
