(hereinafter referred to as the "Company", "we", "our" or "us"), a member of the French Legrand Group, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your Personal Data in accordance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 ("PDPA 2010"), as amended by the Personal Data Protection (Amendment) Act 2024, and its subsidiary legislation.
For the purposes of the PDPA 2010, the Company is the data user in respect of your Personal Data. As a member of the Legrand Group, certain processing activities may also involve A. & H. Meyer GmbH and other companies within the Legrand Group, as further described in this Notice.
