Successful Go-Live of Project SWITCH

The transition to the new system has been completed successfully, and operations are now running on SWITCH. The teams are currently progressing through the go-live support phase while continuing to stabilise and optimise daily processes.

As part of the preparation for the go-live, the team completed a full stock take exercise prior to implementation to ensure inventory accuracy and support a smooth operational transition. This effort contributed significantly to the readiness and success of the deployment.
